Works as advertised!! makes tire changes simple and seamless, also great when you are washing the bike or working on it.

I am a physical Therapist and perform a lot of bike fittings for clients. Getting the rear wheel off and the bike into our direct drive trainer has always been an annoying pain point. Ensuring you have the right adapters on while holding the derailieur in place a getting your hands covered in grease and grime before entering data into your computer or taking measurements of your client. The chain lift has helped solve all those problems. I now have one at home too which makes bike maintenance even easier and swapping out wheel sets on my gravel bike is easy.

Doesn’t work with my 2025 trek supercaliber gen 2. SRAM xx axs. The concept of it is fantastic, just didn’t work with my set up.

Really appreciate the thoughtful design of this tool. Storage for different adapters, metal ring click to fit so that everything stays in place, locking stops that hold the chain at its lifted position and then quick release. Perfect tool for cleaning, maintenance, or anytime removing the rear wheel need to come off - think mounting on a trainer with a free wheel. Lock this on when mounting or removing. keep the chain out of the way and makes the whole operations quick and clean. Highly recommended!

The Chainlift tool is an excellent tool to use when removing the rear wheel, it is fast simple and easy. Check out their videos prior to using and you’ll be good to go. Customer service is there as well, Fernando answered my question right away.

It dies what it's supposed to. A little clunky. Popped right off during removal. Like before I wanted it to. Not sure it needed to be invented. I might return if I weren't so busy.

It is a nicely designed and built tool. Should last a long time as long as it is taken care of. The thought that went into building this impresses me. And it works!!! It takes a minute to figure it out but once you do it’s easy from there on out. Did I say IT WORKS!!!
The price is hard to take at first but they do back it with nice warranty and it should last a long time.

I used this for the first time while cleaning my bike. It took a couple of tries before I figured out how to use the Chainlift, but once I did, it worked perfectly. I highly recommend Chainlift.

This tool makes the removal of a disc brake wheel so much easier. It seems well made so should last for many years.

While I did look at the printed directions, I did not look at the video. Still figured it out fairly easily and seemed more straight forward than the cautionary notes might lead someone to believe. One thing to note is I would say clean your chain first with a traditional chain cleaner then use the chainlift tool to easily get the chain out of the way to clean your cassette. Also works great when you want to do any work that requires removal of the rear wheel at home. Too big to carry around on a ride. So if you get a rear flat on a ride, you are still stuck repairing the flat the way you always have.

If you are a seasoned bike owner and you're used to doing maintenance on your bike, then maybe you would need this. I'm new and this makes things SO MUCH EASIER. I have a direct drive indoor trainer so I need to remove my rear wheel and it keeps the chain out of the way and my hands grease free so I can remove the wheel and get it aligned with the trainer. I'm not fighting lining everything up and it's so easy I don't mind going back and forth... It's easy to ride inside once day and outside another. Plus, it keeps my hands grease free so I can just start riding without getting grease on my bars. I would suggest putting it on the smallest gear and just follow along with the instructions the first few times and you'll be good to go!

Very well built and works exactly as advertised. I use mine every time I remove my rear wheel and it makes it much easier.

A wonderful addition to my tool bag. Initially had trouble but the online videos solved my issues. Now changing the rear wheel is easy and cleaning is easy peasy.

Prior to purchasing Chain Lift I struggled with taking my wheel off. Not the wheel aspect but the chain!!! Getting the chain back its position was very frustrating and messy. But, not anymore. It used to take me 25+ minutes to get something as simple as that done. Now with Chain Lift it’s a quick process that is super easy and efficient.

No doubt The Chainlift flat out works! The company has down a great job with easy to use instructions and accessible videos. Everything is well thought out for any mechanical skill level to be successful. Had my kids watch the videos and they figured it out on the first attempt.

Other than practicing with the newly received tool, I have only used this properly twice. It does make removing the back wheel a whole lot easier and less messy, and the same for putting it back on. Also having the tool fitted whilst the wheel is off makes it so much easier to move the rest of the bike around, without having to worry about the chain moving around or rubbing on the rest of the frame - instead it is held in place away from the frame quite securely.
I still find it a little clunky to use, but hopefully that will ease with more regular use. And whereas I have always to date been reluctant to remove the back wheel to clean the bike unless I absolutely had to, having this tool to make it easier will mean I will in future do it more regularly.
Undoubtedly it is not a cheap tool to buy, but for me it is worth it for the reduced hassle in removing the rear wheel.
If only there was a small more portable version to take out on rides with me, it would make fixing rear wheel punctures so much easier!

I have the chairlift now quite some time. It turned out that my new bike was not fitting. After one mail for very little money, a special modified pin was send to me. That is a very great service !!!!

i bought it online and received it in a reasonable amount of time. It was packaged well without waste or damage in transit. It was intuitive in design and with a little trial and error...it worked. I use it to remove my bike from smart trainer, I like not getting my hands full of chain grease. I am satisfied.
