Chainlift is made the state of Florida, USA. Some of the components are made by highly specialized factories in different states in the USA. We do have a small number of components that are sourced internationally.

ORDERING, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS, & SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped via GLS. We also offer express shipping for an additional charge. All orders are fulfilled by Red Sky Fulfillment Limited as an authorized agent of eu.chainlift.com.

Order being shipping to Europe takes 3-5 days. International takes 1-3 weeks. If your order has not arrived within the times listed, please contact us. Also note times listed are from date of shipment, not date of order.

We do not take back orders unless we are doing pre-sales for a new product. If we are doing a pre-sale it will be very clearly listed in the top of the product description.

When you select an out of stock product, a green tab appears on the right of your screen. Click on that to register for in-stock notifications.

You will receive an email when your order ships. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2PM Central European Time (CET) UTC+1 usually ship the same day. UTC+1 (UTC+2 DST)* . This applies Monday-Friday except on holidays. *DST starts on the last Sunday in March (Sunday 29 March 2020), 01:00 local daylight time

Yes, we offer faster shipping options during the order checkout process. The cut off time for shipping is around 2 PM UTC+1 (UTC+2 DST)* each day. *DST starts on the last Sunday in March (Sunday 29 March 2020), 01:00 local daylight time

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We accept returns on products that have not been used (e.g. if you use the product, it cannot be returned.). The amount returned will be the full value less the shipping cost. No returns on items over 30 days. Please contact us at eu.customerservice@chainlift.com for return instructions.

TECHNICAL

No. But we have designed and tested Chainlift to work on the majority of derailleurs made in the last 20-30 years. There are simply too many derailleurs types made over the last 100 years to make that guarantee.

Just take a picture of your derailleur with your phone and email it to us (mail to: eu.customerservice@chainlift.com). We will reply quickly. We designed Chainlift to work with all 12, 11, 10, 9, & 7 speed chains.

Chainlift will work on most 1x drivetrains. However, there may be some on-road 1x drivetrains with short cage derailleurs and small cassettes that will not have enough chain length for Chainlift to work. If you think you fit that description, just email us a photo of your drive train and we’ll let you know quickly before you order. Mail to: eu.customerservice@chainlift.com

No, Chainlift only works on bikes with rear derailleurs.
